Truthful Information
Users should provide truthful and reasonably current information when creating and maintaining their Rishta profiles.
Deliberately misleading another person about important information may result in account restrictions or removal.
This may include false information about identity, age, marital status, education, employment, family circumstances, location, or other significant personal information.

Harassment is not allowed on Rawabit.
This includes:
- repeated unwanted messages;

If another user declines communication or asks you to stop, respect that decision.

Common warning signs include requests involving medical emergencies, travel, loans, investments, business opportunities, family emergencies, account problems, or promises of repayment.
Rawabit does not guarantee financial transactions or financial claims made by users.
Romance Scams
A person may attempt to develop an emotional relationship before asking for money, personal information, or other assistance.
Be careful if someone:
- quickly declares strong feelings;
- avoids reasonable identity or background questions;
- always has an excuse for not meeting appropriately;
- asks you to keep the relationship secret;
- requests money or financial details;
- pressures you to make a quick decision.
Personal Information
Protect your personal information when communicating with another user.
Avoid sharing unnecessary information such as passwords, OTP codes, financial account credentials, copies of identity documents, security answers, or other sensitive information.
Rawabit will not ask you to give your password or account OTP to another user.

Contact information made available through Rawabit must only be used for legitimate and respectful communication.
Users must not:
- sell another user's contact information;
- share it with unrelated third parties without permission;

Sexual & Inappropriate Content
Rawabit is a matrimonial platform and should be used for genuine marriage-related purposes.
Sexual harassment, sexually explicit material, unwanted sexual messages, sexual solicitation, and sexually inappropriate behavior are prohibited.
Users must respect the personal boundaries and comfort of other members.
Impersonation
Users must not impersonate another person, organization, Rawabit employee, administrator, or representative.
You must not create an account or profile using another person's identity or photograph in order to mislead others.
Suspected impersonation may result in account suspension or removal.

Rawabit should not be used for unsolicited marketing or unrelated commercial activity.
Users must not use the platform to:
- send bulk or repetitive messages;
- promote unrelated businesses;
- distribute referral links or promotional material without permission;
- collect user information for marketing purposes;
- operate deceptive schemes.
Off-Platform Communication
Users may eventually choose to communicate outside Rawabit. However, moving a conversation to another platform does not remove the need for caution.
Rawabit cannot control what happens on external services or guarantee the identity, behavior, or intentions of a person after communication moves outside Rawabit.
Consider continuing to communicate through safer channels until you are comfortable with the person and have independently verified important information.
Age & Minor Safety
Rawabit is intended for users who meet the applicable minimum age requirements for the service.
Users must not create misleading accounts involving minors or use the platform for inappropriate contact with minors.
Any suspected exploitation, grooming, sexual abuse, or other serious threat involving a minor should be reported immediately and, where appropriate, to the relevant authorities.
Reporting a User
If you believe another user has violated this policy, use the available reporting feature or contact Rawabit support.
When making a report, provide useful information such as:
- the user's profile or account information;
- what happened;
- when the incident occurred;
- relevant messages or screenshots where appropriate;
- any immediate safety concerns.
You do not need to continue communicating with someone in order to collect evidence or respond to them.
Emergency Situations
Rawabit is not an emergency-response service.
If you believe that you or another person is in immediate danger, contact the appropriate local emergency service or law enforcement authority in your location.
After addressing an immediate emergency, you may also report the relevant Rawabit account to us.
Policy Enforcement
Rawabit may review reports and other available information when assessing possible violations of this policy.
Depending on the circumstances and applicable requirements, Rawabit may:
- remove content;
- restrict particular features;
- issue a warning;
- temporarily suspend an account;
- permanently disable an account;
- take other reasonable safety measures.
Serious or unlawful conduct may be referred to appropriate authorities where required or appropriate.
False Reports
Users should make reports honestly and in good faith.
Deliberately submitting false reports, fabricating evidence, or abusing the reporting system to harass another user may itself violate this policy.
This does not prevent users from reporting concerns where they genuinely believe something inappropriate or unsafe has occurred.
Safety Cooperation
Users should cooperate reasonably with Rawabit when addressing legitimate safety concerns, account security issues, or policy violations.
Rawabit may request additional information when reasonably necessary to investigate a report or protect the community.
Any information collected for these purposes will be handled according to the Rawabit Privacy Policy and applicable law.
Policy Updates
Rawabit may update this Community & User Safety Policy when services, safety practices, legal requirements, or community needs change.
Updated versions will be published on this page with a revised effective date.
Users should periodically review this policy to understand the current safety expectations.
