Welcome to Rawabit. Rawabit is a matrimonial platform designed to help individuals discover suitable marriage prospects and communicate with other users.
By accessing or using Rawabit, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and other policies displayed on the platform.
If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not create an account or use Rawabit.
Eligibility
Rawabit is intended for adults who are legally able to seek a marriage relationship under the laws applicable to them.
- You must provide truthful information about your age and identity.
- You must not use Rawabit if you are legally prohibited from using such a service.
- You must not create an account on behalf of another person without appropriate permission.
- You are responsible for ensuring that your use of Rawabit is lawful in your location.
Your Account
Some Rawabit features require an account. You are responsible for keeping your account information accurate and protecting your login credentials.
- Provide accurate registration information, including your name, email address, and phone number.
- Keep your account credentials confidential.
- Notify Rawabit if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.
- Do not create multiple accounts to avoid restrictions, bans, limits, or other platform controls.
You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless you have promptly reported unauthorized access to Rawabit.
Rishta Profiles
Rawabit allows users to create matrimonial profiles containing personal, family, educational, professional, lifestyle, and partner-preference information.
You are responsible for the information you submit to your profile.
Do not knowingly provide false, misleading, outdated, or fraudulent information about yourself, your family, marital status, education, profession, income, location, photographs, or other profile information.
You must also have the right to submit and display photographs, contact details, and other information included in your profile.
User Content
User Content means information, photographs, descriptions, messages, preferences, or other material submitted by users to Rawabit.
You retain your rights in the content you submit, subject to the permissions needed for Rawabit to operate the service.
By submitting content to Rawabit, you give Rawabit permission to store, process, display, and use that content as reasonably necessary to provide the platform and its features, according to our Privacy Policy and your selected visibility settings.
Rawabit may remove or restrict content that violates these Terms, our policies, applicable law, or the safety of users.
Profile Review & Approval
Rawabit may review submitted or updated Rishta profiles before they become visible to other users.
A profile may be approved, rejected, returned for changes, restricted, or removed based on Rawabit's review process.
A profile being approved by Rawabit does not mean that Rawabit guarantees the user's identity, character, intentions, marital status, education, profession, financial position, family information, or suitability for another person.
Verification
Rawabit may offer verification features from time to time, including profile-photo or identity-related verification.
Verification is intended to provide an additional trust signal. It does not replace your own judgment or guarantee that a user is suitable, trustworthy, safe, or truthful in every respect.
Where a verification badge is displayed, it should not be interpreted as an endorsement, recommendation, or guarantee of marriage.
Rawabit may use third-party verification providers where necessary. Additional terms and privacy rules may apply to such services.
Interests & Communication
Rawabit may allow users to express interest in another user's Rishta profile and communicate when the applicable platform conditions are satisfied.
Users must:
- communicate respectfully;
- respect another user's decision to accept or reject interest;
- not repeatedly contact someone who has rejected or blocked them;
- not send threatening, abusive, hateful, or inappropriate messages;
- not use Rawabit to send spam or unwanted commercial messages.
An accepted interest or conversation does not mean that either person has agreed to marry or enter into any other relationship.
Privacy & Personal Information
Rawabit collects and processes personal information required to operate the platform and provide its features.
This may include account information, profile information, photographs, contact information, preferences, activity, communications, payment-related information, and other information described in our Privacy Policy.
Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is collected, used, stored, protected, and shared.
You should only share information with another user when you are comfortable doing so and should avoid sharing sensitive information unnecessarily.
Prohibited Activities
You must not use Rawabit for illegal, harmful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes.
You must not attempt to bypass account restrictions, payment controls, membership limits, security features, verification mechanisms, or other technical controls.
User Safety
Rawabit is designed to help people discover matrimonial connections, but users remain responsible for making their own decisions about who they communicate with and meet.
Never send money, passwords, OTP codes, banking credentials, identity documents, or other highly sensitive information to another user merely because you met them through Rawabit.
If someone behaves suspiciously, requests money, threatens you, attempts fraud, or violates the platform rules, use the available reporting tools and contact Rawabit.
Rawabit may investigate reported activity and may restrict, suspend, or terminate accounts where appropriate.
Membership & Payments
Rawabit may offer paid membership packages, subscriptions, contact-unlock benefits, interest allowances, profile visibility features, or other paid services.
Prices, package features, duration, limits, and applicable payment methods will be displayed before a purchase is submitted.
By submitting a payment, you confirm that the payment information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

Suspension & Termination
Rawabit may suspend, restrict, or terminate an account when reasonably necessary to protect users, the platform, or Rawabit's legal or operational interests.
This may happen if a user:
- violates these Terms;
- provides fraudulent or misleading information;
- misuses another user's information;
- engages in harassment, threats, scams, or abuse;
- attempts to bypass platform restrictions;
- uses the platform for unlawful purposes.
Depending on the situation, Rawabit may also remove profile content, restrict visibility, cancel access to features, or prevent creation of another account.
Service Availability
Rawabit aims to provide a reliable service but does not promise that the platform will always be available without interruption.
The service may temporarily become unavailable because of maintenance, updates, technical problems, security incidents, internet failures, third-party services, or circumstances outside Rawabit's reasonable control.
Important Disclaimer
Rawabit provides a platform for matrimonial discovery and communication. Rawabit does not arrange, guarantee, supervise, or participate in the personal relationship or marriage decisions of users.
Rawabit does not guarantee that a profile is accurate, a user is genuine in every respect, a person is suitable for you, communication will continue, or a connection will result in marriage.
Users should independently verify important information and take appropriate safety precautions before sharing personal information or meeting another person.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Rawabit will not be responsible for losses arising from a user's independent interaction, communication, relationship, meeting, or other dealings with another user.
Rawabit is also not responsible for information supplied falsely or misleadingly by another user, events occurring outside Rawabit's reasonable control, or unauthorized actions caused by a user's failure to protect their account.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.
Indemnification
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to reasonably protect Rawabit and its owners, operators, and service providers from claims, losses, liabilities, or expenses arising from your unlawful use of the platform, your violation of these Terms, or your misuse of another user's rights or information.
Changes to These Terms
Rawabit may update these Terms when the platform, services, business practices, security requirements, or applicable legal requirements change.
The updated version will be published on this page with a new update date or policy version where appropriate.
If a change materially affects your rights or obligations, Rawabit may provide an additional notice or require renewed acceptance where appropriate.
Governing Law
These Terms are intended to be governed by the laws applicable to Rawabit and its operations, subject to any mandatory rights and protections that apply to a user under the law.
Any dispute should first be raised with Rawabit so that the parties have a reasonable opportunity to resolve the matter before formal legal action is taken, unless applicable law provides otherwise.
