Payment & Subscription Terms

Overview

Rawabit may offer paid membership packages and subscription services that provide access to selected features of the platform.

The exact features, duration, price, limits, and conditions of each package are displayed on Rawabit before purchase.

By completing a purchase, you agree to these Payment & Subscription Terms together with the other applicable Rawabit policies.

Membership Packages

Rawabit may provide different membership packages designed to provide different levels of access to platform features.

Each package may have its own price, duration, feature limits, contact-unlock allowance, and other benefits.

Users should carefully review the package information displayed at the time of purchase.

Subscriptions

A subscription gives the user access to the benefits described for the purchased package for the applicable subscription period.

Unless Rawabit clearly states otherwise at the time of purchase, a subscription should not be understood to continue indefinitely after its stated validity period.

Prices & Charges

The applicable price for a membership package is the price displayed by Rawabit at the time the purchase is submitted.

Prices may vary between packages and may be changed for future purchases.

Any applicable taxes, payment-provider charges, bank charges, or other charges that are separately identified during the payment process may be payable by the user.

A price change will not normally change the price of a successfully completed purchase that has already been confirmed, unless required by law or otherwise clearly communicated.

Payment Methods

Rawabit may support one or more payment methods depending on availability and operational requirements.

Available payment methods will be displayed during checkout.

Users must follow the payment instructions shown by Rawabit and must provide accurate payment information where required.

Payment Processing

Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers, banks, financial institutions, or other payment services supported by Rawabit.

Rawabit may receive payment status information from the applicable payment provider in order to determine whether a payment was successful, pending, failed, cancelled, or otherwise incomplete.

A payment request does not automatically mean that a subscription has been activated.

Manual Payments

Where Rawabit offers manual payment methods, users may be required to submit payment information and supporting evidence, such as a transaction reference or payment receipt.

Users must submit genuine and accurate payment information.

Rawabit may review submitted payment information before activating a subscription.

Payment Confirmation

A subscription becomes active only after Rawabit receives or confirms the applicable successful payment according to its payment process.

A bank message, payment-app notification, screenshot, or transaction attempt alone does not necessarily mean that Rawabit has received and confirmed the payment.

Users should retain their payment confirmation or transaction reference until the subscription has been activated.

Pending & Failed Payments

A payment may remain pending while Rawabit or its payment provider verifies the transaction.

If a payment fails, is cancelled, expires, is reversed, or cannot be confirmed, Rawabit may not activate the associated subscription.

Users should not submit repeated payments for the same order without first checking the payment status when there is a reasonable possibility that the original transaction may still be processing.

Subscription Activation

After a successful and confirmed payment, Rawabit may activate the purchased subscription according to the package rules.

The subscription period and benefits are determined according to the package purchased and the applicable Rawabit system rules.

Users should check their account after payment to confirm that the expected subscription has been activated.

Subscription Benefits

Subscription benefits may include access to specific Rawabit features, limits, quotas, or services described with the applicable package.

Benefits are subject to the package's stated limitations and availability.

Purchasing a subscription does not guarantee a successful matrimonial connection, response from another user, marriage, or any particular outcome.

Contact Unlock Features

Where a package includes contact-unlock benefits, the applicable number of available unlocks will be determined by the package purchased.

An available contact unlock may be used according to Rawabit's feature rules to access eligible contact information.

Access to contact information does not give a user permission to misuse, publish, sell, redistribute, or share another person's private information.

Expiry & Remaining Benefits

Subscriptions expire according to the duration stated for the purchased package.

Unless the applicable package explicitly states otherwise, unused benefits, quotas, or contact unlocks may expire together with the subscription.

Users should review the package information before purchase to understand the applicable expiry rules.

Multiple Subscriptions

Rawabit may limit users to one active subscription at a time depending on the platform's current subscription system.

If a user purchases another package while an existing subscription is active, the new subscription will be handled according to the applicable Rawabit subscription rules.

Users should review the purchase information carefully before submitting another payment.

Cancellation

Users may request cancellation where cancellation is available under Rawabit's applicable policies.

Cancellation of an account or subscription does not automatically create a right to a refund.

Refund eligibility is governed by the Rawabit Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Refunds

Refunds are handled according to the Rawabit Refund & Cancellation Policy and any rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Depending on the circumstances, refunds may be affected by payment status, subscription activation, benefit usage, transaction processing, or other applicable conditions.

Fraud & Misuse

Users must not attempt to obtain paid features without making the required payment or by manipulating payment information.

Prohibited conduct may include:

• submitting false payment receipts;
• using another person's payment information without authorization;
• attempting to bypass subscription restrictions;
• exploiting technical errors to obtain paid benefits;
• disputing a legitimate payment dishonestly;
• attempting to obtain repeated benefits from one payment.

Rawabit may investigate suspected payment abuse and take appropriate action.

Account Restrictions

Rawabit may suspend or restrict an account when reasonably necessary because of suspected fraud, payment abuse, policy violations, unlawful activity, or other conduct that threatens the security or integrity of the platform.

Where appropriate, Rawabit may also restrict access to paid features while a payment or account issue is being reviewed.

Any refund consequences are subject to the applicable refund policy and applicable law.

Changes to Packages

Rawabit may introduce new packages, modify existing packages, change package benefits, or discontinue packages from time to time.

Changes normally apply to future purchases unless otherwise required by law or clearly communicated by Rawabit.

Rawabit will not intentionally use a package change to remove a benefit that has already been successfully purchased during its applicable active period, except where reasonably necessary for legal, security, technical, or operational reasons.

Service Availability

Rawabit aims to keep its paid features available, but temporary interruptions may occur because of maintenance, technical issues, payment-provider problems, network failures, security events, or circumstances outside Rawabit's reasonable control.

Temporary technical unavailability does not automatically mean that a payment has failed or that a refund is owed.

Where a material service issue affects a paid feature, Rawabit may take reasonable steps to address the issue.

Payment Providers

Rawabit may use banks, payment gateways, financial institutions, or other third-party providers to process payments.

Payment providers may have their own terms, policies, security requirements, processing times, and transaction rules.

Users should follow the instructions provided by the applicable payment provider during a transaction.

Financial Responsibility

Users are responsible for ensuring that payment information submitted by them is accurate and that they have permission to use the selected payment method.

Users should keep transaction references, receipts, and other relevant payment records until the transaction has been successfully completed and any applicable refund period has passed.

Rawabit is not responsible for fees charged independently by a user's bank, payment provider, card issuer, or financial institution unless required by applicable law.

Updates to These Terms

Rawabit may update these Payment & Subscription Terms when its payment methods, subscription system, packages, legal requirements, or business practices change.

The updated version will be published on this page together with the applicable effective date.
